**Health Care Assistant**

**£11.50 per hour**

We are looking for passionate Health Care Assistants looking to care for the elderly in a upmarket Residential Care Home in Sunbury on Thames

**Requirements**:

- Right to Work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Valid DBS Certificate (obtainable by us)
- **Fully Vaccinated**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To undertake tasks in accordance with the clients' person-centred care plans
- To assist clients in their daily activities as identified in their individual person-centred care plans and any activities deemed appropriate for their development
- To encourage and support clients to participate in decision making about their own lives as they can reasonably be expected to do so.
- To note and report any perceived changes in the clients condition to the person in charge.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and visitors
- To maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and at all times.
- To assist in providing a fulfilling environment so that clients can strive to develop their full potential taking into consideration their vulnerability and need for support on an individual basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 50 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
