**HR & Finance Systems Manager**Do you want to work for a very well-known Automotive business, that is now looking to build an exciting IT team to take the company to even further heights?

The HR & Finance Systems Manager is a varied role that combines team, product and systems management in support of the team and it's stakeholders. You will build relationships and will be working closely with the Chief Financial Officer while, collaboratingwith the HR, Billing, Payments, Accounting and Tax teams to get the best out of all people and systems.
This role will be working a hybrid model with up to 1 day in the office a week (based near Birmingham) and is looking to pay anything up to £80,000 with a 10% bonus and a car allowance.
As the successful HR & Finance Systems Manager, you will be responsible for delivering finance systems solutions that allow the finance team to perform their role effectively and efficiently. You will also look after different aspects of the HR function includingbut not limited to payroll and internal communications teams. You will support all HR systems efforts and help them become more digital and data-led.
To be successful in this Finance and HR Systems Manager role, you will need to have a very strong mixture of the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience specialising in HR and Finance systems, ideally including SAGE, Kronos, Zellis and ADP
- Experience greenfield implementations and taking workstream ownership
- Experience of implementing solutions across multiple new business units including as a result of any mergers and acquisitions
- Proven experience of managing cross-functional and matrix delivery teams, including external suppliers
- Proven experience of managing complex and inter-dependent data quality and data migration activities
- Advanced communication skills including facilitation, presentation, and negotiating skills, able to articulate complex processes and communicate clearly to different audiences at all levels
- Good understanding and experience of how to support cultural change across all organisational and business units
- Excellent impact and influencing skills to effectively engage and manage all stakeholders and recommend creative and strategic solutions to successfully implement sustained change
**Some Key Responsibilities will be (but will not be limited to the following**:
- To ensure all HR and Finance Systems are secure including data security and privacy requirements
- To ensure all HR and Finance Systems are scalable, robust and maintainable including BCP planning, capacity management etc
- To proactively partner with the HR and Finance departments to drive value from all related IT systems and services
- To work with the HR and Finance department to prioritize the backlog and subsequently deliver internally or by using 3rd parties
- To build strong partnerships and relationships with internal stakeholders
- To lead 3rd party suppliers both onshore and offshore
- To keep up-to-date on HR and Finance system trends/compliance changes to ensure the business has the opportunity to leverage any new technology or innovation to support the growth or productively of the business
