**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in accordance with our menu standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Support catering operations by assisting with setup and breakdown of events as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist with bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
