We are looking for an eCom Exec to join our Brewing & Brands team to help manage the day-to-day running of Greene King's Direct-to-Consumer service. You will be pivotal in promoting our brilliant beers and shop service while offering the best possible shoppingexperience to our end consumer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute business as usual (BAU) marketing activity to promote the shop to drive sales
- Manage the webshop platform including merchandising and maintenance
- Work with our digital agency partner to maintain the webshop platform and identify opportunities to optimise
- Review data and trends to develop the webshop proposition, aiming to offer the best products and service to our customers
- Support BAU customer acquisition and retention activity
- Use analysis tools to measure and report on KPIs
- Work with operations teams to ensure smooth flow of stock, packaging and end product
- Work with the customer service team to ensure we offer the best service to the end consumer
- Input into the development of the long-term D2C strategy for the business

**About you...**
- This role would suit a digital/eCom all-rounder who is comfortable working with data and tech but who is also happy to get creative with marketing plans and product creation.
- Experience of working with eCommerce platforms (ideally Shopify) and driving sales to the end consumer
- Comfortable diving into analytical tools including Google Analytics and Hotjar, interrogating data and report on findings
- Motivated by delivering tangible business improvements
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks consecutively
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal management teams and external suppliers
- The ability to prioritise and work effectively to strict deadlines
