**Role Overview**:
As a key player in our pharmacy team, your primary role involves managing one of our organised dispensaries. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Dispensing Prescriptions**: Accurately dispensing medications as per the prescribers' instructions, prioritising patient safety.
- **Communication**: Acting as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Stock Management**: Implementing efficient stock control measures and making cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- **Maintaining Standards**: Upholding the cleanliness and organisational standards of the dispensary.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Ideally, you'll have at least one year of experience in community pharmacy or dispensing.
- **Attention to Detail**: Your ability to concentrate and maintain high levels of accuracy is crucial.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
- **Teamwork and Initiative**: While you're a team player at heart, you're also capable of working independently when needed.
