Sales Progressor

Signature North East is looking for a Sales Progressor to join our expanding Progression team at our Whitley Bay branch.

For this role you MUST have experience in sales progression.

Salary is competitive and negotiable upon experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing property sales from offer acceptance to completion
- Liaising with all parties including solicitors, vendors or third parties
- Keeping on top of all legal compliance and assuring protocols are followed
