Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a part-time dedicated sales progressor to join our team based at the Coast.

Key responsibilities for the role are as follows:

- Manage a pipeline of properties from sale agreed to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, lenders and estate agents to ensure timely progression of sales.
- Regularly update clients on the progress of their transaction, maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and update system notes to aid team communication.
- Diarise to chase outstanding documents such as mortgage offers and searches.

What we are looking for in you:

- Previous experience in property sales progression and estate agency is essential.
- Knowledge of the sales and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple property files simultaneously.
- Be extremely customer-focused and take a proactive approach to problem solving.

The role will be 3 full days - 9am - 5pm - working days to be discussed at interview.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15,000.00-£16,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
