Previous logistics experience is not the key to this role. If you have worked in an office environment, in a customer-facing role or indeed in an administrative function where multi-tasking and organisation is key to success, this could be the job for you

We have an exciting opportunity in Ripon for a full-time, Logistics Administrator working alongside our established Logistics Crew from office to warehouse. This is a fast-paced environment which involves clear thinking and the ability to multi-task. You should be bright, confident, enthusiastic and well organised. No two days are the same.

**Your duties will include -**
- Preparing daily paperwork for collections from our warehouse.
- Answering customer telephone enquiries on their order status
- Liaising with hauliers to arrange deliveries
- Handling internal correspondence and inputting data
- Managing drivers and loading schedules
- Meeting strict deadlines and problem solving

**Qualifications**
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Administration experience
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven
- Work as a team to achieve Company objectives
