We are looking for an experienced Care supervisor for a care at home service based in Kirkcaldy.

**Main Duties**
- Develop effective working Rostering for staff on a weekly basis, circulate to staff and made amendments as required.
- To Manage a team of community based staff
- To direct, plan and co-ordinate the effective deployment of community care workers as a continuous process to ensure their work schedules provide the best match of skill and time available to service users and their carers.
- To manage and participate in the out of hours on call rota, to provide emergency support to staff and service users, and to respond in person if necessary.
- To provide cover for absent colleagues in an emergency, to ensure the smooth operation of the service across the area.
- Orientation and induction of all new employees.
- Ensure staff receives their training and that this is kept up to date.
- Assist individual staff to develop in their role and level of compliance with agreed standards.
- Support the effective resolution of team conflicts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

- Kirkcaldy KY1 3NA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Care Supervisor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- SSSC registration as Supervisor (required)
