Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient

proven track record in selling aesthetic treatments, building strong

client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This individual

will act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through their

aesthetic journeys and ensuring an unparalleled experience at Gisoo.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Consultations:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and

recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments.
- Confidently explain treatment options, procedures, and post
- treatment care to clients.
- Drive sales for aesthetic and medical treatments by meeting or

exceeding individual and team targets.
- Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage repeat bookings

and loyalty.

Client Management:

- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with

professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and update detailed client records to track treatments,

preferences, and outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel

supported and informed throughout their journey.

Operational Support:

- Collaborate with clinicians and therapists to coordinate

appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns to attract new

clients and boost bookings.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest aesthetic treatments and products

to provide informed recommendations.

Reception and Administrative Duties:

- Welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanour, ensuring

a positive first impression.

- Maintain an organised, clean, and inviting reception area.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar

role in an aesthetics or luxury wellness environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in an aesthetic

clinic setting. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, including injectables,

laser, skin rejuvenation, and more.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability

to build trust and rapport.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking

abilities.
- Proficient in using salon or clinic management software (e.g., Pabau,

Phorest, Zenoti) and Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry, with a client
- first mindset.

**Salary**:
Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 45 per week
