Newton Blue is the on-site recruiter for this leading UK healthcare tech group with around 300 staff and £50+ million turnover. They offer a unique portfolio of software solutions across pharmacy software, primary care (GP Practice software) and healthcaredata. We’re currently recruiting a new Head of Marketing to lead, develop and enhance the strategic marketing and communication plan across our four businesses, ensuring an all-inclusive engagement approach which delivers a clear brand identity and competitivepositioning.

**You’re ideal role?**

With a sizeable marketing budget you’ll be leading a team of internal and external marketers including a PR agency, Brand Consultants, Designers and an in-bound Marketing Agency.
- Develop, implement and enhance the Strategic Marketing Plan
- Plan & execute a wide variety of online and offline marketing campaigns
- Position the business as thought leaders within their respective sectors
- Work with multiple business stakeholders to deliver and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Manage internal and external marketing and PR teams
- Manage marketing budget to deliver the best ROI
- Develop, implement and drive Marketing Campaigns to retain existing and attract new customers
- Lead and foster a culture of Customer Centricity

**Our ideal person?**

Extensive marketing experience with a strong track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and strategies within healthcare solutions or technology sectors.
- Someone already operating at Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing level, used to managing internal and external marketing teams and cross company stakeholders
- Can happily present at board level and manage large marketing budgets
- A positive, motivated personality with bags of energy, ideas and enthusiasm
- A strong multi-tasker able to grasp new products and services quickly, designing and implementing marketing campaigns and approaches for multiple businesses and audience demographics
- Experienced across both online and offline marketing
- Great at leading and inspiring both your own team and people across the wider business
