**Head of Marketing - Irlam, Manchester - c.£50,000 - Engineering**

We are exclusively representing a multi-national engineering organisation who focus on the manufacturing. They have been established for decades and have a strong and trustful client base and are market leaders. They are looking to hire a talented Head ofMarketing to join their team and lead the marketing department.

The organisation has 3 sub brands
- all with similar but individual specialised products, so you will have a lot of variety

You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director with a lot of contact with the board.

They are launching an ecommerce site shortly, so whilst the role is B2B, there will be some B2C/Ecom involved in the future.

With nearly 100 people in the organisation and distributors and factories in locations globally; South-East Asia, America, Germany and China

**The role**
- You will be in charge of the marketing strategy and implementation
- Brand strategy
- Traditional marketing; the creation of brochures, newsletters, events, conferences, exhibitions
- Budget management
- Reporting to the board

**The requirements**
- You will have this experience to be successful in this role
- 7 years experience within B2B marketing roles
- Ability to work autonomously and successfully
- Management of a Marketing Executive
- Budget management
- Full marketing mix
- Passport
