An international trading house is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team in central London. This role will provide the full remit of compensation and benefits advice, and co-ordination and its elected subsidiary companies (Including related taxation, National Insurance issues, year-end procedures, salary budget, bonus calculation, pension, and all related matters) to ensure a seamless function is maintained always.

**Type**: Full time, permanent

**Location**: Central London (hybrid working is available)

**Salary**: £21k - £30k + great benefits

**Main Responsibilities**
- To provide a service in connection with payroll/tax, benefits, monthly reporting

and project work
- Manage payroll processes and related month end in SAP. Deal with employee queries
- Collate and upload monthly contributions to Scottish Widows. Issue SAP payment, recharge to subsidiary companies via quarterly invoice and deal with employee queries, salary sacrifice requests
- Prepare provision of bonus for Accounting Department (best estimation of bonus to be paid in the following June)
- Ensure all vendor payments are accounted before end of financial year (all team)
- Reconcile year end PAYE and NI for the 8 payrolls. Calculate NIC due on benefits in kind, issue P11D (b)'s any P11D's for 6 July deadline and issue payments to HMRC
- Collate expenses for the PSA, taxable relocation/staff entertainment and issue calculation/payment to HMRC
- Prepare spreadsheets for Stage 3 meetings, bonus template spreadsheet, announcement letters to employees/summary of results for DGMs, reflect changes in payroll/benefits for 8 companies
- Collate data and coordinate 1st June and 1st September renewal with broker, pay invoices, recharge to subsidiary companies
- Liaise with DGM to set salary budget for the next financial year, data given to Budget Department
- Provide Global Mobility team and Accounting departments with monthly headcount report by cost centre
- Complete form with information/statistics.
- GCSE (equivalent grade C or above) in Maths and English
- Confidentiality
- Good communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent level of Word and Excel
- Flexibility to travel on occasion
- Previous proved knowledge of running payrolls
- Previous knowledge of working in a Human Resources team
