We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a new start-up in London, playing a crucial role in ensuring the workforce is rewarded effectively while maintaining compliance with UK employment regulations.About the Company:Our client is at the forefront of AI and robotics innovation, developing commercially scalable and highly reliable AI-driven robotics solutions. Their mission is to create advanced robotic solutions that seamlessly integrate into various industries, enhancing efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures.Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.Oversee payroll-related processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.Provide guidance to employees on compensation structures, benefits, and policies.Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through effective reward programs.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or a related HR role.Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data and market trends.Solid understanding of UK labor laws and compensation regulations.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach.What’s on Offer:Highly competitive salary.23 working days of vacation per year.Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work on the latest technologies in AI and Robotics.A dynamic and innovative startup environment.
