**Crew Training Planner**

**Doncaster - Office Based**

**Permanent, P/T (Thursday -Friday)**

The role’s key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Maintenance of all crew training records, checking reports and course completion certificates
- Assessment of training requirements, in partnership with the Head of Training, for new starters. Devising the initial training plan and new training workflow on Centrik, providing the updates of completion, and communicating this to both Crewing and the Head of Training
- Regular maintenance of flight crew training database, including the monitoring of expiry dates
- Standard maintenance of flight crew license databases, inclusive of the expiry dates
- Informing the Crew Planner for rostering purposes of all flight crew ground training, FTSD training, checking and aircraft training and all other checking requirements
- Booking of the training room facilities
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Demonstrate being a team player, building credible trusting relationships within and outside the Operations department
- Good communication skills, efficiently providing both written and verbal communications across the company
- Ability to work well under pressure, ensuring a continued attention to detail is upheld and successfully meeting deadlines
- Be able to work under own initiative, whilst continually seeking improvements
- Excellent IT skills, demonstrating full competency with Microsoft Office
