Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Data entry
- Invoice matching
- Resolving queries on purchase ledger invoices
- Resolving issues on difficult supplier accounts
- Credit card analysis
- Weekly purchase ledger report and producing KPIs
- Statement reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
