Altum are excited to partner with a global media business to find them a Group Treasury Manager to oversee the treasury risks of the company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known company and become a key part of their continued strategicgrowth.

Reporting to the Group Financial Director, you will lead on the day-to-day work, looking at cash management, credit management and strive to develop and maintain key relationships. This opportunity also comes with exposure to the board of directors throughregular presentations and meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure sufficient liquidity levels to maintain operational requirements
- Maintain and improve banking structures and develop these relationships
- Review treasury reports daily to understand cash positions
- Ensure viable credit facilities for both short
- and medium-term cash forecasts
- Review funding arrangements whilst adhering to the highest standards
- Produce inter-company funding when required, in accordance to all compliance regulations
- Manage the approved FX trades
- Ensure the appropriate hedging policies are in place
- Develop and uphold all banking relationships
- Create and improve treasury activity procedures
- Quarterly reporting to the board, presenting reports and supporting the end of year accounts

**Key Skills**
- Prior corporate treasury practitioner experience, ideally within a multinational organisation
- Understanding of transactional and corporate bank products and services
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably in business, management, international business and/or finance or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Advanced leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of treasury processes, as well as other finance functions
- Knowledge of the statutory environment in relation to treasury activities
- Exceptional financial and business acumen
- Demonstrable project management, problem solving, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
