Behind the scenes our financial operations are just as dynamic and were looking for a Group Treasury Manager to lead the charge.This is a pivotal global role responsible for shaping and safeguarding the Groups treasury function. Youll bring structure visibility and innovation to how we manage cash risk and relationships across markets. From implementing a Treasury Management System to strengthening our banking partnerships your impact will be felt across every corner of the business.What Youll Be Doing:Treasury Management System (TMS)Lead the full implementation of a TMSfrom selection to roll-out and beyond.Ensure seamless integration with existing finance systems and deliver automation visibility and control.Continuously evolve the system to meet the needs of a growing global business.Global Banking RelationshipsBuild and manage strategic relationships with banking partners across jurisdictions.Negotiate terms streamline account structures and oversee access controls.Treasury & Hedging PoliciesDevelop and embed best-in-class treasury policies.Design and execute FX hedging strategies to manage currency risk and protect the Groups financial health.Cash Management & ForecastingLead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the Group.Drive efficient use of cash through pooling and intercompany funding structures.Working Capital OptimisationPartner with internal teams to improve working capital performance.Identify and implement initiatives that enhance cash conversion and liquidity.Transfer Pricing SupportSupport intercompany funding flows in line with transfer pricing policies.Collaborate with Group Tax and Finance to ensure compliance and efficiency.Risk Management & InsuranceIdentify and manage treasury-related risks including FX interest rate and operational exposures.Oversee the Groups insurance strategy and ensure timely renewals.Lender Relations & Covenant ManagementMaintain strong relationships with external lenders.Monitor covenant compliance and manage debt reporting requirements.What Were Looking For:A degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.A professional qualification (ACT CTP CFA ACA) is highly desirable.Extensive experience in treasury roles ideally within a multinational or group-level environment.Proven success in implementing and managing a Treasury Management System.Strong understanding of cash forecasting FX hedging intercompany funding and liquidity management.Experience managing global banking relationships and complex debt facilities.Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail analytical strength and commercial awareness.Familiarity with ERP systems and finance technology infrastructure.Being a people-led business we hire upon values and believe that our people are what make the beloved TLC culture so unique.At TLC we aim to create a world within the world that is free from prejudice bias and inequity.A world where diversity is valued and celebrated and where we work hard to ensure all our wonderful people are given equal opportunity to succeed.If youre excited by everything weve told you then its time to apply Key Skills Fashion Retail,Forklift,Developmental Disabilities Experience,Management Experience,Mediation Experience,Serving Experience,Warehouse Experience,Product Management,Alternative dispute resolution,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Social Work Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
