**Location**
The beautiful Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa is perfectly located in the heart of the Central Belt in Scotland.

**We are looking for people who**:

- are organised, professional and with good time-management skills
- possess excellent interpersonal skills with good attention to detail and a high level of initiative
- are self-motivated, conscientious and with the ability to work independently
- have knowledge and experience of MS office and excel and an aptitude to quickly learn new systems
- are willing to roll their sleeves up and immerse themselves in the operations of the hotel/function by working across different departments and within different teams.
- have the ability to effectively multi-task and do this with a positive “can do” attitude and a relentless drive for excellence.

**Administration Assistants will**:
Provide administration support to General Managers & Department Leads on a day to day basis which will involve:

- Arranging meetings/training and ensuring any necessary paperwork is issued in advance & actions addressed
- Co-ordinating data in relation to hotels / regions / people
- Maintaining appropriate storage / retrieval of information
- Liaising with other internal departments, external contacts/suppliers as required
- HR follow up and general administration
- Research activities
