**YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE**

As a facilitator you are an experienced operator who excels at assessment centre management. You are highly organised, providing planning support in the run up to the event and are prepared for all eventualities during the assessment centre. In this role, you would be calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills and make sure participants and assessors alike, feel at ease.

Please note some assessment centers will be held in person and you will be required to travel UK wide.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Lead the daily and overall wash-up session and provide governance over the scoring ensuring consistency and challenging bias
