**Commercial Director, Chief Revenue Officer**
**Overview**
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and implementing commercial strategies to achieve commercial and company objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to set financial targets, goals and milestones
- Monitor and report on commercial activities
- Create and explore new business opportunities within existing client base, new business opportunities and market demands/shifts.
- Work with leadership to implement best practise, business improvement and identify potential risks
- Define and develop the relationship between the contractual terms, the pricing structure, product and customer success
- Gain understanding of current service and product offering and work with clients to ensure the suitability of the solution to ensure their needs are being met
- Leading the delivery of complex business and product transformation programmes
**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- An entrepreneurial nature with the ability to motivate, plan and deliver business growth and improvement plans
- Background delivering transformation projects within a software business
- Strategic focus with proven experience creating commercial activities to increase sales
- Experience managing product roadmaps, product change and commercial shifts
- The ability to remotely lead dispersed teams located throughout the UK
- BSc/BA/MBA in a relevant field would be beneficial
**Package**:

- Salary: Up to £125,000 (depending on experience)
- Package: Bonus TBC + company benefits scheme
- Home/remote working
- Continued learning opportunities
- 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) per year.
- Share options after successful completion of probation
- Company pension after 3 months service
