**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
- A passion for achieving results and driving team success is crucial for this role.

Pay: £11.50-£13.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
