**The person**
We are looking for a positive, reliable, flexible, and motivated individual who can work well within a busy office environment and should be capable of prioritising working well as part of a team with the ability to work independently as needed, with a high level of attention to detail. They will play a vital role in enabling the team to focus on delivering exceptional products and client support whilst the business is managed effectively from the back office.
Client service is paramount and therefore they will need have a passion for giving excellent client service in a timely fashion. It is essential that you are professional and confident in building interpersonal relationships and can work with total discretion. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and will thrive implementing and completing tasks. You will be IT proficient, enjoy challenges, a great communicator and have an interest in the company’s overall ethos.
**What is the role?**
This is a full-time position (8.30-17.00 Monday-Friday) with time being split between both site locations; Hill Green, Berkshire and Ginge, Oxfordshire. Due to the remote location, own transport is to be essential.
**If you join us, this is what your day will look like**:
- Handle general office duties: answering phones, scheduling, photocopying, and printing
- Cover front of house service
- Maintain equipment and stock supplies for the office
- Providing support to the operations team to ensure efficient and effective order turnaround which meets company standards, work may include processing customer orders, organising transport, facilitating communication with warehouse
- Keep excellent standards within the office that enable quick and easy access for information
- Assisting general manager in planning and allocating resources for training and projects, ensuring staff utilization and escalating gaps.
- Assisting in the establishment\implementation of company goals and objectives
- Writing and annually reviewing procedures, and systems and implementing across all administrative areas
- Performing other duties as assigned
