Communication and Marketing Business Partner

An Opportunity has arisen for a Communication and Marketing Business Partner to join the newly formed People and Culture team within Meallmore and will support the business to externally market our homes and business, provide accurate data to the business to allow great decision making and to ensure internal communication is values led and informative providing our colleagues with the right communication at the right time.
Meallmore has care homes across Scotland providing specialised care for adults with a wide range of needs, our high-quality care is individually tailored to residents’ while allowing them to be as independent as they wish.
**Your role as a **Communication and Marketing Business Partner **will include**:
- Developing and leading our communication and marketing strategies.
- Regular internal communication that is engaging, gives colleagues the information that they need, showcases our values and recognises contribution.
- Manage relationships with external PR/website support to ensure that the messaging is on point, timely and that we are getting value for money.
- Create social media posts that are on brand, timely, engaging and gain traction.
- Develop current promotional media content portfolio that can be used on various platforms to support marketing our homes and careers.
- Work with Area Managers to provide agreed advertising and marketing in line with agreed budgets.
- Provide advice and data when discussing marketing and communication to support the decision makers.
- Develop and communicate internal and external surveys to gain stakeholders opinion and report back to the business.
- Provide reporting on the impact of marketing campaigns to aid future decisions.
- Provide coaching and training to Managers and home teams on effective communication and marketing techniques.
- Act as a Business Partner to peers providing both insight and action to overcome challenges and support each other to make continuous improvements to the business.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Flexible approach
- Self-Starter with great organisational and time management skills
- Previous marketing / communication experience with a portfolio of past work
- Experience of using social media for marketing purposes
- An understanding of marketing strategy and implementation / or a want to learn.
- Writing, editing and proofreading skills - attention to detail.

- Leadership and Management skills
