Wilson James is seeking a proactive and organised **Procurement Coordinator** to support our growing procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in procurement to take the next step in their career.

You'll play a key role in placing orders, supporting sourcing projects, and keeping procurement processes running smoothly — all while collaborating closely with both internal teams and suppliers.

**About the Role**:
As a Procurement Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- **Place Orders**: Raise and manage purchase orders for goods and services across the business.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build great relationships with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business priorities.
- **Project Support**: Assist with tendering and sourcing activities, including preparing documents and compiling reports.
- **Data Analysis**: Interpret procurement reports (SAP) to support smarter decision-making.
- **Template & Document Management**: Maintain procurement templates and documentation.
- **SharePoint Maintenance**: Keep our Procurement SharePoint site up to date and user-friendly.
- **Suggest Improvements**: Recommend alternative approved suppliers or process efficiencies.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good basic IT skills (Word, Excel)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop procurement knowledge

**Preferred (But Not Essential)**:

- Experience in a procurement or purchasing environment
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
