Summary **The Hours**: Part-time position working on average 22.5 hours over 3 days, no split-shifts with shift patterns approx. 9.00am-5.00pm. Management holiday cover may be required, so shifts could increase to 4-5 days during this time. Weekendwork required.

**The Salary**: £8,573 per year (£19,050 FTE)

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

**Duration**: This is a permanent part-time role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.
- The property is open from February until October so therefore contracted hours would only be within these months. _

Woolsthorpe Manor tells the story of Newton's time at Woolsthorpe, from his birth and childhood to the discoveries of his Year of Wonders. In the 17th century manor house, you can stand in the room where he used a prism to split sunlight into the coloursof the rainbow, exploring the nature of light. From the window you can see the apple tree in the orchard which inspired his theory of gravity.

What you'll be doing Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

You will not be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available
