Hygiene Team Leader

The Team Leader is accountable for achieving the required hygiene standards in their designated area and is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Hygiene Operatives. They must manage and control the cleaning of the factory to meet the set targets, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the correct specifications and quality standards.
- Good communication and management skills
- Suitable food qualification and/or 5 years relevant experience
- Being able to be managed remotely
- Experience of change management
- An innovative approach
