We are seeking a dynamic sales associate to join our company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales agents to drive revenue and expand your client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with information about products and services.
- Sell and close new and existing customers
- Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally
- Educate customers about our products and services and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with promotional activities and events.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Interest in a sales career - Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
