**THE JOB**
We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to be the support to our growing sales division and to the customers we convert. As a Sales Excellence Associate, you will partner with the Sales operation to enhance sales and the customer journey. You will be the over-arching support to our sales division by providing suggestions on how to improve, create/assist with campaigns and streamline processes to benefit the operation and the customer.
Your responsibilities will be to build the processes, script and quality checks required to maximise conversion, as well as processing none generic sales such as Webchat, and Online orders. You will be responsible for looking at the performance dashboard and how it aligns to each of our sales campaigns, provide feedback and insight on next best actions working alongside the Marketing, Operations and Sales Team on a day to day basis.
**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**

Supporting across the sales division, including field and desk sales.
- Responsible for cold data, mass text campaign profiling and sending out to customers.
- Being responsible for system evolution.
- Workflow management
- Assisting on process improvement across the sales function.
- Process webchat sales and link in with Customer Service on Cross Sell and Upsell
- Process overflow of Sales where no commission is awarded (i.e., Mates Rates, Staff Offer, Online)
- Updating Sales Scripts and reporting for Sales
- Work with Sales Team and GTM manager on Desk processes, compliancy of call quality and reporting
- Work with Digital Marketing Managers on Sales conversion, traffic identification and customer facing communications
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders around the business.
- Ensuring quality and compliance standards
- **WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- Have demonstrable telephone-based or face to face sales experience
- Experience in Sales Operations i.e. compliance, process improvement
- Present a willingness to learn
- Confident on systems with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious
- Excellent /confident verbal and written communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers
- Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment
- Be enthusiastic about sales and a team player
- Capable of learning and keeping up to date on our product offerings
