**The Job**: CLO Associate - Portfolio Financing & Operations

**The Client -** Leading Private Credit Investment Manager

**The Location**: London

**The Responsibilities**:

- Oversight of the CLO portfolios and reconciliation with the administrator;
- Preparing drawdown requests for Senior and Junior Lenders in the CLO Warehouses
- Assisting the collateral administrator, corporate administrator and auditors in the preparation of the financial accounts of the CLO
- Helping with running cashflow projections for future payment dates and reviewing waterfall reports prepared by the collateral administrator;
**The Requirements**:

- 1- 6 Years within Investment/Portfolio Operations
- Experience in Alternative Products particularly credit instruments, CLOs etc
- Knowledge of financial accounting
- System experience across Allvue, Wall Street Office or Black Mountain is advantageous
