The role of the Advertising Executive for Vertu Motors is to build the awareness of the local dealerships and the Bristol Street Motors / Macklin Motors / Vertu Motors brands. You will work on national and local advertising campaigns in order to drive opportunities to do business. You will be supporting on campaigns in line with both manufacturer activity and divisional projects.

**About the Role**
Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills are paramount to ensure that Retail and dealership briefs are delivered in full, as you will be planning and coordinating briefs with both our Retail Marketing teams and our media agency. Attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy, on brand and that complies with our FCA obligations, is also essential. This role will report to the Head of Advertising and will work closely with the Retail teams.

Key purpose
- Work with our Advertising team, Retail marketing teams and our media agency, to plan, develop and implement media campaigns on time and to brief
- Deliver creativemarketing assetsfor New, Used, Aftersales, Commercial and Motabilitycampaigns
- Help review and optimise activityto drive optimumperformance and lead generation
- Share learnings with Retailand wider Marketing teams
- Key Performance indicators
- Marketing campaign delivery - timely, performance, efficient
- Marketing creative assets forNew, Used, Motability, Commercial and Aftersales

Main tasks
- Working alongside the Advertising and Retail teamsto deliver divisional and local advertising media activity. Paid media channels include TV and AV, radio, OOH, press, social and display. (Please note that PPC does not fall under this role.)
- Creative delivery to include
- Impactful creative inline with the group and manufacturer brand guidelines
- Paid media channels could include;Radio, Social, Press, OOH, In-search and Awareness Display
- Managing and delivering engaging written copy for paid social advertisingcampaigns. This includes UTM creation and weblink testing.
- Review competitor advertising activity and targeting, reporting to wider Advertising team on findings
- To regularlyhelpreview creative and delivery against commercial success and implementation to identifyareas of improvement and efficiency. Ensuring we are working to each platform’s best practice approach.

**About You**
Preferred Criteria
- A degree is preferred but not essential
- Proficient use of Microsoft Packages
- Confident use of Google Analytics
- Experience of using project management tools (such as Asana) preferred
- Automotive marketing or highly regulated industry experience
- CIM qualification or working towards
