Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Co-Ordinator to work within the sales office at their Westbury based manufacturing site

The hours are 34.5 hours a week, 30 minutes unpaid Lunch or 1 hour unpaid Lunch taken between 12pm - 2pm

Monday - Friday

No weekends

Responsibilities include:

- Processing orders and liaising with the customer
- Raising call-off's
- Creating stock sheets
- Managing stock levels
- Working closely with departments
- Strong administrative skills with high attention for detail
- Strong computer skills
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Able to work to required deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
