35 hours per week

Monday - Friday
9:30 am - 5 pm (7 hours a day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Pay dependant on experience - (£9.90 per hour)

**Overview**

We are looking for an organised self-starter to be our new Operational Assistant. You will report into the Office and Operational Support Manager and work closely with a small team of Operations colleagues. You will ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to keep the operations department running smoothly. You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents.

**Operational Assistant duties**:
**Helpdesk**
- Acknowledging tickets
- Liaising with managers to get tickets completed
- Updating clients with ETAs
- Problem solving

**Time and attendance duties**
- Supporting with the daily management of a time and attendance system

**Supplier dashboard management**
- Liaising with managers for dates of requested works
- Updating system to reflect the above
- Managing performance levels within the system, making sure we do not fall behind with SLAs

**Operations Department**
- Organising & monitoring of vehicle maintenance schedule
- Creating reports and spreadsheets for various areas of the business
- Stock ordering
- Any other duties required within the Operations department

**Requirements**:

- Must have a knowledge of Microsoft office package and social media platforms
- Good telephone manner
- Must be able to work under pressure and react to queries quickly
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

**Pay**:
Pay rate will be dependent on level of experience.
