**Nottingham City Centre - Hybrid (3 days office/2 days home)**

Bespoke Health and Social Care are looking for a dedicated payroll officer to join the existing team at the Nottingham head office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collate and reconcile weekly timesheets for 4 payrolls and process in line with company requirements.
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating all payroll processes.
- Deal with employee salary and payroll queries
- Liaise with regional managers for shift queries.
- Responsible for all weekly/monthly reporting from payroll in line with business requirements
- Update all statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP.
- Processing NEST pensions
- Processing expense payments and statutory deductions
- Process starters and leavers
- Calculate holiday and monitor accruals.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of current payroll legislation e.g. NI rates, statutory payments etc
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator and personable
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Process driven.
- Team player
- Sound knowledge of accounting basics and pensions desirable
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
