We are seeking a skilled **Food & Beverage Assistant** to join our team. This position offers a Zero-hour contract and will be based at Lea Marston Hotel in Sutton Coldfield.

As our **Food & Beverage Assistant**, you are responsible to you are responsible for assisting with the guests’ journey and experience in your allocated working area to ensure the guests receive efficient and high-quality service. We want a **dedicated** individual who oozes **confidence** and shows genuine **sincerity** for their team and every guest that walks through our doors.

**Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- To have a good knowledge of the preparation and service of all dishes and products on the menus.
- To ensure all guests are served in accordance with the service standards.
- Take ownership of opportunities to WOW guests.
- To ensure tables are set and cleared to the agreed standard.
- To maintain a good knowledge of food allergens.
- To have great attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.
- To be fully aware of and always adhere to health and safety standards.
- To always look presentable and well-groomed.
- To have a ‘Yes I Can’ attitude and always work as a team.
