We are now recruiting a **Food and Beverage Assistant **to join our team at **Lea Marston Hotel.**

As a **Food and Beverage Assistant** you are responsible for being totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming approach to service. We want a **dedicated** individual who oozes **confidence **and shows genuine **sincerity** for their team and every guest that walks through our doors. We are happy to offer flexibility where possible

**Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- To be fully aware of hotel facilities and activities. The service of food and beverage as directed by superiors.
- To be fully aware of and observe security procedures laid down by the hotel and company.
- To attend work consistently well groomed, in uniform, as laid down to the standard required.
- To serve all guests in accordance with hotel standards
- To ensure tables are set and cleared to the Company standards. This to include bar, restaurant service and conference and events.
- To provide attentive service during the meal and watch for special requests.
- To assist in the general cleaning of your working areas.
- To take every opportunity to upsell - desserts, starters, drinks.
- To be fully aware of and comply with hotel and company rules and regulations as identified in the team member handbook.
- To consistently deliver superior customer service to every guest.
- To attend training when required.

**Salary**: £10.52 per hour
