**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Plan and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
- Monitor and improve organizational performance and efficiency.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the executive team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Oversee office supplies and procurement.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

**Human Resources**:

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Maintain employee records and handle payroll or benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.

**Client and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.

**Strategic Planning and Reporting**:

- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Support management in setting organizational goals and priorities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure the organization and clients adheres to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to manage documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support for budgeting, scheduling, and general operations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and relevant regulatory bodies to address compliance concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and audits.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Proven experience in business administration, compliance, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- The role requires balancing multiple responsibilities and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: £11.90-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
