Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading business with an exciting opportunity to join their HR Department based in Normanton as a Recruitment & HR Advisor.
As part of the HR Team, the role holder will also need to support with ER cases or provide general HR advice as and when required (training can be provided).
**Description**
Duties will include:
- Work with hiring managers and heads of departments to understand ongoing hiring needs.
- Review and update job descriptions and advertise roles on a number of platforms, specific to the role.
- Conduct telephone interviews and assess capabilities.
- Coordinate interviews, meeting rooms, manager's diary etc.
- Work with recruitment agencies and monitor spend.
- Attend sites to support large recruitment campaigns, participate in job fairs and build relationships with local job centres.
- Work with the HR Administrator to administer documentation and system updates for the onboarding process.
- Supporting with HR and ER cases knowledgeable on all HR policies & procedures.
- Deliver the highest possible level of HR advice & guidance to Managers & Employees, seeking guidance from the wider HR team where required.
- Produce accurate, commercially sound & legislatively compliant documentation to support ER cases.
- Other duties as required including supporting with HR and Recruitment related projects.
**Profile**
- Relevant experience in an in-house recruitment and/or HR role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to manage their time well;
- The ability to work well in a team;
- CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential to apply).
**Job Offer**
**On Offer**:
- This is a full time and permanent role, based from their head office in Normanton. Working hours are 08.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Salary is c.28-35K dependent on experience. You will have 25 days leave per annum + bank holidays.
