**Recruitment Coordinator Salary: up to £25,000**

**Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home**

**9-month Contract - Start ASAP**

A successful and leading Management consultancy and recruitment practice in the public and not-for-profit sectors is urgently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on a 9-month maternity contract. You will be working as part of a team with inhouse colleaguesand Senior Associate Consultants to ensure the smooth running of recruitment processes, by providing effective administrative support for a portfolio of assigned executive/ non-exec recruitment projects.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of project support for assigned projects, ensuring best-in-class service to clients and Associates (lead Recruiters)
- Input data to and update regularly the recruitment team's Executive Search software (File Finder) to ensure all recruitment processes are accurately managed
- Ensure all project deadlines are met in accordance with the agreed timetable and client's expectations
- Be proactive in identifying and solving problems appropriately, in a timely manner

**Permanent recruitment service**:

- Deal with all administration relating to the recruitment process which will include some/all of the following on each assignment:

- Supporting the development of a recruitment pack
- Supporting the development of media adverts and their placements, liaising with designers and media as necessary
- Keeping the recruitment information on the CT website up to date
- Compiling multiple packs for selection panel members
- Arranging interviews and assessment centres
- Reference and other checks
- Equalities monitoring and reporting
- Processing interview feedback and rejection letters

**Essential**:

- Degree level education or equivalent
- Previous professional experience of working within an office environment
- Experience of operating administrative and data systems
- An understanding of maintaining principles of equality and diversity and transparency in recruitment

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience of working in the recruitment field
- Experience of working in a customer services environment
- Knowledge of the social housing and/or care and/or charitable and/or public sectors
- Knowledge of Adobe In-design
- Experience of recruitment marketing
