- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information and recommendations to guests, showcasing knowledge of food preparation and beverages.
- Ensuring that you are consistently up-to-date with menu options, specialty coffees, and artisan wines.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold food safety standards throughout service to guarantee the highest quality for our guests.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including preparing drinks and managing the bar area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a café environment or barista role is desired.
- Previous experience in a licensed restaurant is desired.
- A willingness to learn about catering services and food preparation techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
