**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creative to join our team in Leicester. Working with large household names you will have the opportunity to work with a team of progressive and passionate content first creatives, honing your current skills and learning new ones to boot.

You will be producing outstanding ideas and executing them beautifully. Our onsite photography studio will be at your disposal to create stunning content for a range of social platforms. You will be well versed in the various platforms and intrigued by emerging technologies and content formats, constantly learning and developing our ways of communicating with clients audiences.

Key responsibilities
- Ideation for social and digital content
- Passion for ever-changing innovation on social platforms
- Keeping track of cultural trends and how different audiences use social
- Confident in designing with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on photography and videography skills
- Strong editing skills in Premiere
- Animation skills in After Effects
- Technical and creative set up for shoot lighting
- Sound recording and editing for podcasts and online film

We are a positive and friendly bunch who work with a can-do attitude. You will need to be self motivated and happy to take on solo responsibilities, whilst also being able to flex and work as a part of a team. We often have many projects running simultaneously and you will need to be able to work on a number of things at once. You’ll be passionate about producing outstanding creative work, using your brilliant eye for detail. We offer a hybrid working pattern and are currently working two days in the office, one of which is a Wednesday. Due to the nature of this position, it will be highly adventitious to be based in a commutable distance to Leicester - as some weeks may require additional in-office days due to shoot schedules.
