We seek a creative head of design.

Some people like fonts. You will love them.

You will possess appreciation of Pantone's and opacity levels in your chosen imagery. You'll persuade, build consensus and generally do what is needed to drive meaningful change across our business.

You will be delivering outstanding creative to support our renowned industry events. Every day will be different, from blue-sky thinking to the nitty-gritty. Creative to deeply analytical.

You will take responsibility for our look and feel, ensuring that everywhere our brand appears meets your exacting standards.

You will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with a highly engaged senior management team.

- You have in-depth working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign and Illustrator and XD in particular.

- You're versatile, flexible and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

- Photographic retouching, animation and video processing skills would be required.

The things you'll be looking after:

- Developing all our creative to support our in-person and virtual events around the world. That's everything from floorplans to lift-ads and conference centre branding.
- Developing our social media content alongside our social media manager.
- Designing and publishing web pages and web content in line with our digital and social media strategies.
- Creating campaign concepts as part of a creative team.
- Acting as picture editor and advising on layouts and image crops across all channels.
- Championing the ICEF brand look and feel across the business.
- Maintaining and developing brand guidelines and brand templates.
- Creating and submitting print ads to Magazines and Newspapers.
- Developing and implementing the ICEF aesthetic and visual language through all brand communication.
- Ensuring quality and consistency of output across all elements.
