**Rhinowash Ltd is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented experienced Administrative individual to join our Wishaw team on a full-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is also conscientious and eager to provide valuable support to our team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls efficiently and resolve issues effectively.
- Record current jobs and follow relevant processes within our job management system/database.
- Generate, dispatch, and track Service Quotations.
- Coordinate with Clients and Transport Contractors for New Equipment delivery.
- Obtain Purchase Order Numbers from Clients.
- Manage Hire & warranty claims for executive review.
- Support Customer Field Engineers operationally.
- Work with sub-contractors to plan and schedule tasks.
- Input actionable tasks into the internal system.
- Keep files and business activity records well-organised.
- Ensure information sharing across various departments.
- Carry out general administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance to management with various ad hoc duties as needed.

**Essential Skills, Desirables, and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of Business Central Cloud is a plus.
- Exceptional telephone skills, with the ability to engage with customers confidently and professionally.
- Robust administrative skills.
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fundamental numerical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Considerable experience in an office environment.
- A positive work ethic and attitude.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in a comparable role, with proven skills in prioritization and multitasking.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of regular interaction with both internal and external parties at all levels.

**Position Details**:

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: £24,960.00 annually
- **Easily Commutable from surrounding areas of M8, Glasgow with reliable rail links to and from Wishaw**
- Benefits: On-site parking available
- **Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, no weekend work**
- Preferred Education: A-Level or equivalent
- **Preferred Experience: At least 1 year in customer administrative service**
- Job Location: On-site
