**Description**

Responsible for embedding the principles of integrated workforce planning, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive workforce development plans.
- Lead on the development of robust and comprehensive integrated workforce planning.
- Work with stakeholders ensuring workforce intelligence informs local transformation activities.
- Lead the workforce analytics team to validate and cleanse system workforce data.
- Work closely with provider workforce leads to develop integrated workforce transformation plan.
- Collaborate with the workforce and intelligence team to develop regional workforce planning resources.
- Responsible and accountable for decisions made during the course of their duties.
- Contribute to setting long term strategy
- Ensure the aims and objectives of the organisation/system are embedded and progressively built upon.
- Management of multiple senior/members of staff.
- Accountable and responsible for multiple budgets and or income streams of delivery.
- Can demonstrate and deliver acute business acumen, ensuring value for money, understanding the business of partners and the driving factors for delivery in multiple sectors.

**Profile**
- Previous role in the NHS/healthcare sector.
- Able to lead, manage and deliver significant change projects involving stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budget setting and financial processes.
- Able to handle correspondence/queries which may be highly complex, sensitive or highly confidential.
- Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders, which may include difficult and controversial issues and presenting complex and sensitive information.
- Worked at strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy and the potentially competing priorities/interests.
- Able to lead, manage, develop, influence and inspire staff members.
- Provide leadership in areas of responsibility.
