**OTE: £75,000+, Company Car/Allowance, Profit Share**
A rare opportunity for a regional Head of Business position, within our Countrywide Land and New Homes business has arisen working across our Kent and Sussex region, reporting directly into the Divisional Managing Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To generate revenue for the Company and to operate profitably in accordance with agreed budgets.
- Develop, support and implement the Land and New Homes strategy within your Division and throughout your associated Land & New Homes Business Units, in support of our wider growth and development strategy
- To ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and deliver quality and consistent service as promised to customers in the service level agreement
- To encourage a culture of professional behaviour and customer care, including internal customers and to foster healthy relationships with outsource service providers
- To provide positive and motivational team leadership
- To develop all opportunities for cross-selling the companies full range of products to customers

**About you**:

- You must have previous experience of successfully running branches within estate agency, or land and new homes experience and have current local market knowledge.
- Target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
- You must have a full driving licence.
