**Home Carer / Support Worker - The Role**:

- To support people in their own homes with day to day living tasks
- Meal Preparation and cooking
- Companionship
- Medication management
- Personal care
- Domestic tasks as required
- Be a friend
- Empower people to be independent
- Support people to make choices and be there when the day is not so great

**Home Carer / Support Worker - What we need from you**:
We do not require any previous experience; all we look for is someone with a caring and compassionate nature with a genuine interest in people and their history.
