As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients keep their independence in their own home.

Home Instead is different to other agencies.

Calls are a minimum of one hour;
Our Care Givers do not wear uniforms and they go back to the same clients all the time to build up that special relationship.

Home Instead are looking for CAREGivers in the Gloucester and the Forest of Dean area to support clients on part-time basis including every other weekend.

CAREGiver pay rate: £99 - £108 for a 9 hours night shift, Double time on Bank Holidays.

You do not need previous experience as full, paid training is provided. However having a full driving licence and access to a car will be highly prefered.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep our elderly clients safe and comfortable in their own home. Night care support may include from assisting with medication, managing personal care (where required). As our customers live in their own homes, they need care visits that work around their lifestyle, and night calls are carried out between 10pm to 7 am and was can offer our Care Assistants a wide range of shifts to meet their needs too

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for someone with their heart in the right place. Minimum one year of experience in caregiving required.

Full training and, on-the job, support will be provided and will be available throughout your career with us.

Excellent communication skills, your own life experiences and transferable skills alongside reliability, trustworthiness and respect for others will allow you to succeed in this role.

Applicants ideally should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle although other methods of transportation may be acceptable and given due consideration depending on the needs of the client and their location
