With a loyal and friendly staff base we provide a comfortable and caring service and environment serving tasty food regular activities and a real home from home feel.Job summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Care Assistant who can commit to looking after our residents health wellbeing and happiness.Youll be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect trust and joy with a real passion to make someones day.We have a full-time (36 hours a week) night role available. You will be able to work some day shifts as well if that suits and if you are relatively new to care some of your training may initially involve some daytime-work.The role is for an initial 12-month Maternity Cover period but the chance to extend or become permanent may well arise.Responsibilities:Your day-to-day tasks will include helping with residents nighttime routineServing food that has been freshly prepared by our chefTidying residents roomsAnswering help bellsAssisting with dressing and personal careYou will be reliable dependable and a team player who is willing to help others and will genuinely want to make a differenceYou must present a culture of professionalism positivity and passion for the industry we work in.
