We are seeking
**Kindness.Love.Care** driven people just like you to join our team helping and supporting our vulnerable service users in either their own homes or in residential care settings, full time and part-time work available.

Care-giving at Jessamy Staffing is more than just a job, you will be helping elderly and vulnerable people to remain in their own homes whilst receiving the assistance they need to maintain a quality of life in these unprecedented times.

In residential settings, on a daily basis, you will be actively involved in defining and providing excellent person centred standards of care which promotes privacy and dignity, whilst enhancing independence, rehabilitation and personal choice.

Your visits/shifts are not just about the practical help that you will be providing, you are also there to support service users' emotional needs - they may live alone and be somewhat isolated from society. Which is why the relationship that a service user has with their carers is a very special one - kindness, love, care and a smile from a carer can make our service users day

Visits are 7 days a week, 365(6) days a year - sometimes more than once in a day on a rota - at varying times of the day, depending on what they need help with and will include:

- Personal Care (bathing/showing/toileting/etc)
- Preparing and serving meals/snacks
- Taking and managing their medication
- Light domestic duties

**Are you new to care? - No problem**

We are an Approved Training Centre with Registered trainers for social care mandatory and statutory training.

Ongoing training updates are available throughout your time with us. We will even support you to do your NVQ qualifications should you choose to stay with us long term.
