**Based: Civic Office, Doncaster/Hybrid working**

The apprentice NMW applies to apprentices aged under 19 or aged 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship.

**Contract Type: Temporary Fixed Term (**13-15 months from the start date)**

**Hours**:Full time,** **37 hours per week**

**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our busy and vibrant team within Customer Services. What you will bring to the role is a passion for supporting and understanding the customer's needs while being their first point of contact. We are committed to delivering a first-class service across multiple access channels and IT systems.

Ideally this role will require you to possess excellent customer service and IT skills, while combining work and education, this role is perfect in allowing you the opportunity to take steps in starting or changing your future career.

We will provide you with a thorough training programme so that you are comfortable in your role and can perform to the best of your abilities. You will need to take pride in your work and be a real team player and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and partners.
